Pricelist & Payment Instructions - from September 2020

PRICES

Supervised Contact - Mon-Friday - $70 + GST per hour

                                     Sat-Sunday - $80 + GST per hour     

 

Compulsory Visitation Reports -  $70 per visit 

 

* 3-hour minimum payment fee                                                       

Intake Assessment (one-off compulsory) - $80 per parent/party

Meet and Greet pre-contact visit (essentially 1 hour)

Changeover - Mon-Sun $60 each changeover per hour inclusive of travel time with a 1-hour minimum payment

Brief changeover report (Optional) - $20

Video conference supervision - $30 per 30min

Appearance in Court - $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum payment fee

 

50% surcharges apply on Public Holidays

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

  • Payment for each contact visit/service is required 2 days (cleared) prior to the arranged visit.

  • Payment is accepted by bank deposit/internet transfer.

  • The time taken to transfer money between banks varies and 2-3 days can be expected. SVN requires payments/transfers to be made 4-5 working days ahead of the scheduled service to allow for the funds to arrive in the SVN account 3 days prior to the scheduled service.

  • SVN accepts payments either as direct deposit or internet bank transfer:

  • Account Name: XXXXXXXXXX

  • BSB: XXXXX

  • Account: XXXXXXX

  • Reference: (child's name)

  • When making payments online please reference with either child/family name, invoice number or some other reference number so your payment is allocated to your account.

  • Once you have completed the transfer please notify SVN either by phone or email to advise payment has been made and the reference used.

  • If notified by email of payment, please email to the following address: XXXXXXX

  • SVN will respond to your email and should you not receive a response, please make contact with the SVN to ensure we are aware of the fund's deposit.
